Day & Weekend retreats are offered to complete the unwind Into nature. We explore various breathwork, yoga asanas, bodywork & nature immersions - whether a beach walk / practice. Bush walk / waterfall dip! Nature has no boundaries so when we deep dive for a day or weekend. Life takes a beautiful turn so we can once again be present to ourselves, our own spirit, our environment.
